yacht delivery and temporary captains services. Captain Bill
Hipple has been a merchant marine master for 35 years and
currently holds a USCG 3000 ton masters license. Bill’s
experience includes 15 years as a captain and engineer for
commercial boat towing companies such as, McAllister, Bouchard
and Crowley, on tug and barge combinations up to 600 feet
in length.
He has held the position of fleet
captain for two excursion boat companies, where he built,
operated and maintained USCG inspected passenger vessels.
He has served as master on vessels of up to 1000 passengers
including true sternwheel driven riverboats. Prior to starting
Advantage Marine, Bill spent 10 years as a captain in the
mega yacht industry. Whether you need a boat delivered, a
